It all started when…

We were taking care of women in the greater atlanta area way back in 2016. We started to notice the lack of support, recomendations and guidance in taking care of active women who wanted to remain active safely through pregnancy. We also realized that there was a lack of training for professionals in how to taking care of women postpartum. After many an early morning conversation about this and many a late night searching for information we found BIRTHFIT. We knew that with the right programing and our professional specialties we could start to establish a standard of care for taking care of women in the periatal period. BirthFit Cobb County was born in 2018 and we have been striving to make Cobb County the best place to prepare for birth and recover postpartum. It has been a labor of love. As BFCC has grown we have brought on some very talented coaches educators and professionals to help us on with this mission. We offer a variety of services including prenatal education classes , prenatal fitness classes, postpartum recovery classes, postpartum fitness classes, personal training as well as one on one consultations. We are here to support you on the journey.
