BirthFit Postpartum Series

8 classes over the course of 4 weeks, designed for the postpartum mom to intentionally heal and recover after birth, and safely return to a fitness routine.

BirthFit Basics Consultation

Meet with one of our Regional Directors and Doctors. We discuss your specific needs relative to the 4 pillars (nutrition, chiropractic, fitness, and mindset) and relative to your motherhood journey.

 

BIRTHFIT PRENATAL SERIES

You and your birth partner will become educated & prepared for birth. You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work. You will discover your own birth preferences and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.

 

BirthFit Fitness Training at CrossFit 285

The BIRTHFIT Fitness classes, held every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15 am, are geared towards women who want to workout safely and functionally while pregnant or postpartum*.

*If you are immediately postpartum you must complete The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series first.

In our classes we will cover better breathing and bracing techniques and how to safely lift odd objects such as sandbags, barbells and kettlebells. These objects will mimic every day movements moms perform such as picking up children, grocery bags, and baby seats. 

Each class will offer a balance of metabolic conditioning, strength training, and stability work. We meet every woman where they are at in their motherhood journey and tailor programming accordingly.

Each class lasts 75 minutes.
