Dr. Shannon & Dr. Kristin offer Customized Consultations to help you unpack and discover what you needc for a smooth motherhood transition. The first session is about an hour and can cover anything from nutrition , movement, birth prep, birth preferences, unpacking your birth story, postpartum prep etc. We are here to help. The second follow-up session is about 45 mins. These can be done in-person or virtually to fit your busy lifestyle.
