Join us for the next Spring Session of the BIRTHFIT Cobb County Fitness series. Starting October 1st This series will be hosted 2x a week Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am -11:30am at Crossfit 11:24. Whether you are 6 weeks or 16 years postpartum, this series will offer the foundation to rebuild your core and functional movements needed to be a strong, healthy, and active mom! This class is for those of you that have had exposure to BIRTHFIT and or functional movements in the past.(8 classes total)
