Join us for the next Spring Session of the BIRTHFIT Cobb County Fitness series. Starting April 21st This series will be hosted 2x a week Mondays & Thursdays from 9:30am -11:00am at Crossfit 11:24.Whether you are 6 weeks or 16 years postpartum, this series will offer the foundation to rebuild your core and functional movements needed to be a strong, healthy, and active mom! This class is for those of you that have had exposure to BIRTHFIT and or functional movements in the past. (8 classes total)
